Hello everybody. I am finally going to cease being a tenant and will soon become an apartment owner. Being a tenant is not easy, especially in a city like Pune. Making monthly and regular payment of rent, maintenance charges, electricity bills, parking charges, etc etc etc. On top of that, the owner will visit your house (which is, of course, his house) every month to collect the rent and will want to see how well you are maintaining the flat. He would want to walk into your bedroom and the dreaded horror of all, the bathroom. We (my wife and I) wait with bated breath as he surveys the entire apartment and then gives us pointers on how to keep the flat clean, how to maintain good relations with neighbours and a lot of other stuff and we just listen with one ear and leave it out from the other ear the moment he’s gone. What to do? Karna padta hai! It’s better than changing houses every eleven months. Shifting so much stuff of the house so frequently is just so time-consuming, not to mention, tiring. And what of mental security? Anytime, the landlord will give you a 1 month notice and tell you to move out.

So my wife and I decided to buy an apartment in Pune and settle down here. Both of us have steady jobs so getting a loan shouldn’t be an issue. What’s amazing is that she works at Goel Ganga Developments itself while I work in the IT sector. Because she is an employee at the builder’s office in Pune, she has accurate and up-to-date information about all the ongoing projects of Goel Ganga. I must say that the reviews of Goel Ganga Developments projects are simply too good to be true. Yet every good word spoken and written about their projects on their website and elsewhere is true. Why would we settle upon another builder when we have a great one already in hand? After we browsed through their website, we became aware of their 4 ongoing projects: Ganga New Town, Ganga Fernhill, Ganga Florentina and Ganga Amber. We are currently staying in Vishrantwadi and I work in Commerzone. Thus, we wanted to buy an apartment in this or some nearby area only. Ganga New Town, a township project by GoelGanga Developments was very much suited to our likes and tastes. It is being built exactly the way we always wanted our dream house to be. So on a weekend, we set off to visit the site and immediately liked the sample flat. We paid the downpayment for a 1 BHK and booked a flat at Ganga New Town then and there because one should not delay auspicious work. Thank you Goel Ganga for giving tenants like me freedom from tenancy and offering best quality construction at affordable rates!
